Maple Dental LLC would like to welcome you to our practice. Customer service with a smile is our number one goal. We want you to feel as comfortable as possible and well received with our warm, friendly atmosphere.

We are conveniently located across from Adornetto's Pizzaria on Maple Avenue. Hours are: Mondays and Wednesdays 8:00 a.m to 6:00 p.m.; Tuesdays 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.; with ALTERNATING Thursdays and Fridays from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Please call 740-452-9200 in advance of your appointment if you have not been contacted.

Please be aware of your dental insurance plan as they change on a regular basis. We are NOT participants in any EPO, HMO or DMO plans. It is the patient's responsibility to know their insurance plan and coverages. We are in-network with most insurances including the following:
